Youth Wellbeing Practitioner & Counsellor (School-Based)

Bromley Y is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner/Counsellor to join the Mental Health Support Team on a full-time contract. The role involves delivering evidence-based mental health interventions and collaborating with schools and partner agencies in Bromley, London.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of young people, liaise with schools for consultation and signposting, and help develop Whole School Approaches to mental health in line with schools’ needs.
