Business Development Executive

Our client, a prestigious US international law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join its London office on an 18-month fixed-term contract.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join the firm’s established Business Development team, supporting partners and fee earners across key practice areas and sectors.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and coordinating pitches, RFP responses, panel submissions, proposals and client presentations
• Supporting partners and fee earners with client development initiatives, targeting strategies and relationship management
• Supporting thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, client briefings, articles and other profile-raising activities
• Organising client events, seminars, webinars and networking opportunities, including coordinating logistics and follow-up activities
• Preparing Chambers, Legal 500 and other legal directory and award submissions
• Maintaining CRM databases, client information, distribution lists and business development records
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis and client intelligence to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and internal communications channels
• Producing marketing materials, capability statements, credentials and presentations

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ Business Development experience within a law firm
