Senior User Researcher — Public Services UX

Made Tech is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join the Strategy & Design team in the UK. You will collaborate with UCD colleagues and other professions to understand challenges in public services and inform end-to-end service design.

You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, choose methods, and work as a solo researcher within multidisciplinary client teams, advocating for user research throughout delivery.
