Patient Care Receptionist – Front Desk & Records

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a friendly receptionist for the Cardiac Cath Lab, providing reception, information and guidance to patients, colleagues and visitors on site.

You will support nursing staff, help maintain electronic patient records (MAXIMS, EPRO) and contribute to delivering outstanding care in line with Trust values. This role requires effective communication, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
