Flexible Mental Health Support Worker – 7-Day Rota

Bridge Support is seeking a Flexible Support Worker to assist clients transitioning from hospital to home, focusing on individuals with enduring mental health needs. The role offers a 7-day rolling rota, 37.5 hours per week, and a permanent contract at Neptune Court, Chelmsford.

You will work across sites, coordinate with the service team, support goal setting, promote recovery and reduce hospital admissions, with pre-screening and DBS checks part of the process.
