Housing & Community Officer | Flexible, Hybrid (Cambridge)

Cambridge City Council is seeking a Housing Officer to manage tenancies across a defined Cambridge neighbourhood. You will help residents sustain their tenancies, resolve problems and make their neighbourhoods safer and better places to live.

You will work with residents to resolve issues, take enforcement or legal action where appropriate, and supervise an Assistant Housing Officer. The role requires a good standard of education and confidence using Microsoft 365, with a housing qualification
