People Operations Manager

MiCiM International is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own a busy HR function as we expand across the UK and Europe. You will lead day-to-day HR operations, manage a small HR team, and partner with managers to shape people strategies that support growth.

This role will focus on employee relations, onboarding, development, and performance across a geographically dispersed workforce, ensuring compliant, practical HR that delivers a positive employee experience.
