Front Desk Guest Experience Specialist – Meals on Duty

YOTEL Edinburgh is seeking a Front Office Crew Member on a 40 hour contract to join our reception team. You will create warm welcomes, smooth check-ins and fond farewells, delivering friendly and efficient guest experiences around the clock.

As the first and last touchpoint for guests, you will interact with visitors, resolve issues with care, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and safe.
