Community Care Lead & Trainer

Careline Homecare Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support high-quality community care. You will assess needs, supervise care staff, and help plan rotas to deliver safe, person-centred care in clients’ homes. Strong communication and compassion are essential, with driving licence required.

You’ll work predominantly in the community, while providing some office-based support as needed, contributing to multidisciplinary reviews and ongoing care quality improvements.
