Cygnet Hospital Colchester is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist in inpatient care, with a focus on dignity and safety. You will support nursing staff through admissions, assessments and discharges, working 43.75 hours weekly across day and night shifts. DBS check is required.
The role offers progression via an apprenticeship scheme and flexible overtime opportunities. Salary is £14.50 per hour rising to £14.80 after 3 months, with regular coaching and peer support.
