HR Business Partner – Employee-Owned Travel Group

Alfa Holiday Group in Buckshaw Village, Chorley, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Services team and support managers across functions with commercially informed HR guidance.

You will balance hands-on employee relations work with improvements in recruitment, development and policy initiatives, reporting to the People Services Director. Based at our Head Office with some UK travel.
