A leading international law firm is seeking an Oil & Gas Associate to join its Houston team. The role involves advising on a broad range of energy-related corporate transactions and commercial matters, including oil and gas transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, and related advisory work.

Candidates should have oil & gas experience, strong technical skills and the ability to work directly with clients. Experience at a comparable law firm and strong academic credentials are preferred.
