A leading international law firm is looking to recruit an Oil & Gas Associate to join its Houston team.
The role will involve advising on a broad range of energy-related corporate transactions and commercial matters, including oil and gas transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, and related advisory work.
This is an opportunity to join an established energy practice, working on complex transactions for major industry clients.
Candidates should have relevant oil and gas experience, strong technical skills and the ability to work directly with clients. Experience gained at a comparable law firm and strong academic credentials are preferred.
