Field Welfare Officer – Housing & Homelessness Support

The Mears Group is seeking a Resident Welfare Officer to support vulnerable individuals and help them access settled accommodation across Northumberland, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and surrounding areas. This field-based role combines administrative, practical and pastoral duties with safeguarding at its core.

You will manage diaries and property inspections, raise repairs (including voids) and keep regular contact with service users through visits and calls.
