Global Head of Business Growth & Operations

CAA International (CAAi) is seeking a Head of Business Development and Operations to drive global growth across consultancy, training, e-examinations and digital services. The role reports to the Managing Director and sits on the Executive Committee, shaping the international portfolio and revenue strategy.

You will own major bids, build strategic relationships with aviation authorities and governments, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
