Cut & Crease Machine Operator – 2nd Minder

Smurfit Westrock plc in Leicester is seeking a 2nd Minder to support the First Minder in operating cut and crease machinery. You will help set up production, feed materials, and monitor quality while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires basic numeracy and literacy, plus experience in a manufacturing environment. A forklift licence is beneficial and the team works across Production, Quality and Logistics.
