Technology & Data Analyst

Technology & Data Analyst | Cardiff 3 days a week| Up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits

We’re supporting a growing, purpose-led organisation looking to hire a Technology & Data Analyst to become the face of technology across the business. This is not a traditional helpdesk role. Instead, you’ll work closely with colleagues, technology partners and leadership teams to improve systems, data, reporting and AI adoption across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the go-to technology contact within the office
• Supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams users
• Building Power BI reports and dashboards
• Working with stakeholders to improve processes and data flows
• Supporting AI and automation initiatives using tools such as Copilot
• Managing relationships with external technology providers
• Helping drive technology and business improvement projects

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Tech/ Data/ Business Analyst or a simillar position
• Strong Microsoft365 knowledge
• Excellent communication, willingness to learn, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies

Nice to have

• Power Automate
• Data governance experience
• Experience in a regulated environment
