Global Head of Financial Crime & Risk Management

Capital.com is expanding its Financial Crime leadership with a VP role that spans Operations and Product. You will own first-line controls, shape strategy, and build a leadership team to support growth across multiple jurisdictions including London and Dubai.

You will drive investigations, screening, monitoring, and onboarding controls, ensuring regulatory readiness and a strong control environment while balancing customer experience and cost. This senior role reports to the Group COO.
