Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care.
• Providing care across all phases—preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Ability to meet department-specific competencies and certifications.

• Engaging in care planning, patient education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Maintaining professional standards and practicing ethically within regulatory guidelines.
