Performance Resourcing is recruiting a driven Transaction Manager for our busy franchised dealership in Oxford (Oxfordshire).
The role combines leadership of the sales team with hands-on deal closing, focusing on profitable new and used car sales and effective finance packages, PCP renewals and F&I processes.
You will spearhead end-to-end sales processes, lead campaigns, and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, with an uncapped earning potential and a company car.
