Lead Social Worker – Children in Care

Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a Senior Practitioner for Children in Care to lead complex cases and mentor social workers within a dynamic team. The role emphasizes improving professional practice, coordination of supervision, and safeguarding within legal frameworks.
