This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional sales person who has experience in the Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom industry or who is looking to develop a career within it to protect established customer relationships and unlock further growth across a high-potential territory.

As part of our External Sales team, you will represent Häfele in the field, working remotely across your patch to develop customer partnerships, identify commercial opportunities and deliver profitable sales growth. You will be trusted to plan your own customer activity, manage call logs and visits effectively, and provide accurate reporting through Salesforce CRM.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and growing your territory across BH, DT, SO and SP postcodes.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers across the KBB sector.
  • Presenting, promoting and selling Häfele products and solutions through face-to-face meetings and remote digital channels.
  • Planning and managing your own customer visits, call logs, follow-ups and sales activity to maximise time on patch.
  • Achieving and exceeding agreed sales, gross profit and activity targets.
  • Using Salesforce CRM to keep accurate records, manage opportunities, track activity and report on progress.
  • Analysing customer needs, market potential and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Providing insight back to the business on customer feedback, market trends, product opportunities and competitor developments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience from first conversation through to follow-up and ongoing account development.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Demonstrable field sales experience, ideally gained within the Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom industry although training will given on product, service and sales techniques and available via our purpose built Training Academy.
  • Relevant product, market or customer knowledge across areas such as cabinet components, furniture fittings, hardware, interiors, showrooms, merchants or related KBB channels would be advantageous.
  • A proven track record of managing a territory, growing accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Confidence working independently in a remote, field-based role, with strong journey planning, organisation and diary management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs.
  • Commercial awareness, including an understanding of competitor activity and how to turn market insight into practical sales opportunities.
  • Good IT confidence, including Windows, iPad-based working and CRM reporting; experience with Salesforce would be beneficial.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence.
  • You must live on, or very close to, the BH, DT, SO or SP postcode patch to support regular customer visits and effective territory coverage.
