Children & Families Social Worker – Safeguarding

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a Social Worker for the Care for Children Team. You will manage a caseload of children and young people, assessing strengths, needs, risks and vulnerabilities and progressing care plans to improve wellbeing and safety.

You will develop outcome-focused plans and work closely with families, carers and partner agencies within the Nottinghamshire practice framework. The role is permanent, full-time with hybrid working and generous development opportunities.
