SEN Teaching Assistant – Graduate Path to Teacher

Engage Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a primary school in Dartford. This role is ideal for graduates aiming to gain classroom experience and progress into teacher training.

You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups, assist with differentiated activities, help create an inclusive classroom, and support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs within a structured SEN programme.
