Hands-On Sous Chef | Lead Kitchen & Mentor Team

The Ivy Belfast is seeking a Sous Chef to work alongside line chefs, leading by example while staying hands-on with cooking. You will guide a large kitchen team across service periods, focusing on food quality, training, and strong leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will partner with the Head Chef to maintain high standards, health and safety, and a positive team environment in a vibrant all-day dining setting.
