Junior Sous Chef: British Seasonal Kitchen Leader

The Hero’s Return in London is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the opening team next to Battersea Power Station. The menu celebrates British produce with a hands-on, from-scratch approach led by Executive Chef Jonathan Woolway, who has extensive experience with top British suppliers.

This busy kitchen values organisation, preparation and teamwork, offering mentorship and clear pathways to grow into a Sous Chef as the restaurant flourishes.
