Kellanova Co is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a 12-month fixed term contract in Media City, Manchester. You will join a team of ten, delivering proactive order management and exceptional customer service to external customers and internal sales teams. Hybrid role with one weekend in six and occasional bank holidays.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure accurate order processing and timely communication.
