Location: Maidstone, Kent

Salary: £65,000 + Bonus

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop a sales and telesales team within the facilities management and hard services sector. We are looking for a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of winning new business, growing revenue and building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop Business Development Managers and telesales staff.
• Drive sales growth and achieve annual revenue targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity and profitability.
• Oversee quotations, forecasting and sales reporting.
• Recruit, coach and manage team performance.

About You:

• Minimum five years’ B2B sales experience, including two years in sales management.
• Experience in facilities management, hard services or building services preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
