Locum Residential Conveyancing

I have had a fantastic 12 month opportunity come up for a firm north of Birmingham, they are in need of a locum to join their residential conveyancing department to cover a period of maternity leave.

About the Role

Standard residential conveyancing role handling current caseload and working on anything new that comes up.

Responsibilities

• Handling current residential conveyancing caseload.
• Working on any new residential conveyancing matters that come up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years PQE is needed

Required Skills

• Ability to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Ability to work full-time in the office.

Preferred Skills

• Locum experience within residential conveyancing (implied by the role requirements).

Pay range and compensation package

• Rate: Dependent on experience
• Start Date: 19th October
• Full-time office presence is required
• Full-time hours
