Customer Service & Store Support — Flexible Shifts

Lidl GB is looking for a Customer Assistant to support daily store operations, from restocking shelves to handling tills. You’ll stay on the move, keep things orderly and deliver a friendly, helpful service to every customer.

The role offers 30–40 hour contracts with AM & PM shifts, weekend work, and generous benefits including 30–35 days holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme. With training, you can grow into specialist roles across Freshness, Bakery or Non-Food.
