Kitchen Manager & Head Chef – Indian Kitchen Leader

Center Parcs group is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef for an Indian restaurant at Longleat Forest. You will lead a fast-paced kitchen, oversee operations, ensure high standards of food quality and guest service, and manage budgets to hit financial targets.

You will mentor and develop a kitchen team, ensure strict hygiene compliance, and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to drive business success. This is a full-time role with shifts 3pm–11pm, including evenings and weekends.
