Hospital Social Worker – Flexible, Impactful Community Care

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a Social Worker for the Adult Social Care Hospital Team. You will support vulnerable residents using a strengths-based approach, keeping the person at the centre of care while building relationships with clients and families.

The role offers flexible hours, a hybrid working pattern with a Time Square office presence two to three days per week, and a 12-month fixed-term contract. Internal candidates may be considered for secondment.
