Job Description

The EMEA VoIP Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing VoIP migrations from Cisco to MS Teams across designated sites in the EMEA region. This position requires a blend of project management skills and effective communication abilities to ensure seamless transitions and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site migrations from Cisco VoIP to MS Teams VoIP, including data gathering, ordering new DIDs, porting DIDs, and planning and leading implementation.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Execute tasks independently, exhibiting sound judgment and creative problem-solving abilities.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience with Cisco VoIP and MS Teams.
• Experience in ordering SIP circuits.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Awareness of waterfall project management methodologies is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Ability to manage vendors and work within virtual teams.
