Scrum Master

Scrum Master | Technology Consultancy | London / Hybrid

I’m currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a specialist technology consultancy delivering a major project for a leading European bank.

This is a great opportunity for an Agile professional who enjoys empowering technical teams, improving delivery processes and helping organisations get the best out of their Agile ways of working.

The Role

You will work closely with software development teams, Product Owners and technical stakeholders to facilitate Agile delivery, remove blockers and drive continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Supporting teams in applying Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Identifying and removing impediments that affect delivery.
• Working with Product Owners on backlog refinement and sprint priorities.
• Monitoring sprint progress, team capacity and delivery metrics.
• Promoting collaboration across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Coaching teams to improve delivery effectiveness and self-organisation.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and more efficient ways of working.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a technology or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting sprint delivery.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• A proactive approach to resolving blockers and improving team performance.
• Experience within financial services, banking or technology consultancy would be advantageous.

Location: London, Moorgate, with flexible working and ideally one day per week in the office.
