Senior F&B Lead – Retail Hospitality at Exhibitions

Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior F&B Lead for NEC Exhibitions in Birmingham. You will lead on-site retail food and beverage operations across exhibition halls, driving sales and ensuring high service standards during events.

You will report to the Retail F&B Operations Manager, deputise as needed, and partner with other departments to ensure smooth delivery while upholding Levy CARE values and licensing compliance.
