The Opportunity

Deputy Manager – Mental Health

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional to join our team at Hazelmere.

We would love to hear from candidates with experience as a Deputy Manager, Team Leader, Senior Practitioner, or in a similar leadership role. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support and rehabilitation.
  • Ensure the service operates safely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Support people with complex mental health needs to achieve positive outcomes and greater independence.
  • Build a stable, motivated team through coaching, development and strong leadership.
  • Work with senior leaders and external professionals to continuously improve service quality.

What You’ll Bring

  • A level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent / working towards)
  • Strong experience in supporting adults with complex mental health.
  • Above all, compassion, integrity and a genuine commitment to the people we support.

We’re looking for someone who shares our values of Caring, Honest, One Team, Innovative, Courageous and Equal — someone who wants to make a lasting difference and provide the stability and longevity that our people and teams deserve.
