Lead Residential Support Worker — Senior Team Leader

Universal Care Group in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Residential Senior Support Worker to join our CQC-regulated home. You will act as a key worker and role model, providing person-centred support to Children and Young People, and working as part of a team with accurate record-keeping.

The role requires previous Senior/Team Leader experience, ability to supervise staff, manage shifts, and liaise with social workers and parents.
