Engineering @ 365 is recruiting on behalf of our client based in Loughborough to hire an experienced SMT Operator for their production team. You will operate and monitor surface mount technology equipment to produce high quality PCBAs in a full-time, on-site role.
Responsibilities include setting up machines, loading components and feeders, running batches, inspecting boards, and performing basic troubleshooting while following documentation and schedules.
