Industrial Account Manager: Grow Key Client Partnerships

Thorn Baker Group is seeking an Account Manager for its Industrial division to support clients across Leicester and Nottingham. You will own existing relationships, understand client needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to place high-quality staff across temporary and permanent roles.

You’ll manage client communications, attend meetings and site visits, and identify opportunities to grow accounts while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
