The Witherslack Group operates a warm, caring children’s home in Milton Keynes, seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to help young people build confidence and independence in a safe environment.

You’ll start with Care Academy training, work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, and pursue the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not already held.
