RTA Personal Injury Paralegal – Scotland (Litigation)

Service Care Solutions in Glasgow is seeking one or two Paralegals to join our RTA Litigation Team. You will manage a caseload of litigated Pursuer RTA personal injury files and progress claims through the litigation process.

Experience in RTA personal injury is essential, and while litigation experience is helpful, it’s not required. You will thrive in a team, be organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail, and may handle pre-litigation files under the CPAP scheme.
