Relief Support Worker: 1:1 Community & Skills Coach

Dimensions Ltd is seeking Relief (Bank) Support Workers for our Wallington site. You will provide 1:1 support to a gentleman in his 60s with learning disabilities and a forensic history, helping with daily tasks and community activities.

The role requires compassionate, patient and reliable individuals who can follow tailored support plans and contribute to independence. Training is provided, and shifts include 9:00am–11:00pm with sleep-in arrangements as needed.
