Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking highly motivated registered nurses to join the Penwith Community Nursing Teams based in Hayle or Penzance. You will work in patients’ homes, supported by a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to develop skills and knowledge while delivering person-centred care.
Shifts cover 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week; a valid driving licence and car are essential.
