Hybrid Global Regulatory Affairs Leader – Consumer Health

Bayer is seeking a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager in Reading to drive global regulatory strategies for Consumer Health products. You will support lifecycle activities, lead submissions, and work with global and local stakeholders to maintain regulatory approvals.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Regulatory Affairs, with experience across medicinal products, cosmetics, or food supplements, and strong cross-country coordination skills. Hybrid working is offered.
