Senior Tax Valuations Lead – Private Equity Focus

EY UK is seeking an Assistant Director in London to lead tax valuation work, specialising in management incentives such as growth shares and carried interests. You will work within the Valuation, Modelling & Economics (VME) team, and contribute to private equity and cross-border engagements with broad sector exposure.

You will manage multiple assignments, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Transaction Diligence and Transaction Tax teams.
