Thematic Engagement Officer – Regulatory Compliance (Hybrid)

Solicitors Regulation Authority in Birmingham is seeking a Thematic Engagement Officer to provide administrative support to the Thematic Risk Team and to contact law firms using various communication methods. You will monitor compliance, review evidence and support decision making with attention to detail.

You will liaise with solicitors and stakeholders, handling queries promptly, delivering excellent customer service by phone and email.
