Shop Floor Lead – Betting & Customer Experience

BOYLE Sports is looking for an Assistant Manager at The Webberley to oversee shop operations and lead the team in the Shop Manager’s absence. You will open/close the store, manage staff, handle cash procedures, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for sports betting. The role is based on-site with a focus on presenting a high-standard shop and promoting the brand.
