Property Manager – Estates & Housing (Central London)

Our client, a well-known charity supporting the Armed Forces community, is seeking a Property Manager to support the Head of Property and Facilities across a varied residential and service-related property portfolio. The role is based in Central London, permanent and full-time, with a salary around £50,000.

You will help develop annual and long-term maintenance plans, negotiate property service contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare reports for internal boards.
