This role will be based on our Shoreditch office at least 3 days a week.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Director to lead a £2m+ client portfolio and drive growth across Amplify. You’ll be a senior client partner, building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities and growing our existing accounts. You’ll have 5+ years’ experience across events, culture and tech, with a proven track record of managing significant client accounts and delivering commercial growth.
You’ll be commercially savvy and confident owning forecasting, revenue, profitability and pipeline, while leading new business and organic growth opportunities. Working across creative, strategy and production, you’ll ensure we deliver ambitious work that meets client objectives, stays commercially on track and strengthens long-term partnerships.
We’re looking for someone who has experience working in the creative industry (agency or brand), is ambitious, solutions-focused and collaborative, with the confidence to lead senior client relationships, inspire teams and turn opportunities into sustainable growth.
