The NHS Essex Integrated Care Board and the Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a Health Care Assistant to support an older adult inpatient ward. The role provides hands-on nursing support under supervision, delivering prescribed care plans and promoting patient dignity and independence.
